Memorial Day Weekend

We spent a few days of Memorial Day Weekend at our cabin in Manti. We drove down on Friday and came home Saturday night. It's always nice to get away for a few days and spend some quality time with family. The kids love going to the cabin. We went on golf cart rides, ranger rides, played games and the kids favorite thing was taking bubble baths in my parents jetted bath tub!

Happy Memorial Day 2013

On Monday, we spent the day visiting Tim's grandparents graves. This has been a tradition in Tim's family. I never grew up doing this, but I have really enjoyed making this a tradition in our little family.  The kids have really enjoyed getting to see their cousins and visiting those that have passed away. We went to lunch at Virge's cafe with Tim's parents, cousins, aunts, and uncles. In years past, we usually all come back to the Kehl's house for a big BBQ, but this year we didn't. Julie's family was sick and with Clara not feeling well, we decided not to have a BBQ. Tim and I took the kids to get Chinese food at Red Maple.  It was a great end to a great weekend!
