Last night we had our Girls Camp Kick off to introduce the theme for this years Girls Camp!

Be the Best you Can BEE~ the focus to become the best we can be by emulating the 6 attributes that President Hinkley gave us in his talk called the "6 Be's."

We spent the night completing some of the first aid and fire certifications for camp.  It was great to be able to use our fire pit for the fire certifications and we even made some yummy peach cobber in the dutch oven. We had each of the girls put together their own first aid kit that they can bring to camp, the girls made a fire, and they learned to make three different  kinds of fire! We then ate our cobbler around the camp fire and sung camp songs! I am so excited to be a part of this year's girls camp.  I look forward to camp and the many memories that we will have while at camp!
