Great-Grandma Kehl ( Tim's grandma ) Bernina Kehl passed away on June 7, 2016. She was 96 years old, and had been waiting to reunite with her husband in heaven. She left behind an amazing legacy and we will miss her. I'm grateful that our kids were able to meet her and spend the time that they did with her. This picture was taken at Christmas 2015, this past Christmas. We loved spending Christmas Eve visiting her. The day of her funeral on June 13th it was raining buckets...we were not too prepared to get drenched at the cemetery. We tried to stay dry under the small tent that they had. It sure made for a memorable day! We went back to the church where the funeral services were held and where the church were she lived most of her life. They had a delicious luncheon catered. In all, it was beautiful day...we got to celebrate grandma-great grandma Bernina.
