Summer Fun

 This summer started with a bang! We have been busy finishing up soccer. This is the first year that I think Mason and Allie both enjoyed playing soccer. They both were really into it. Mason played with the 4 years and really was involved in getting the ball into the goal. He made several goals each game. He still loves to touch the ball with his hands, which I think is pretty normal for his age group. 

Allie dominated the soccer field this season. She one of two girls on her team, and she kept everyone on their toes. She made sure she was with the soccer ball the entire game. She wasn't afraid to get in the crowd. She made 6 goals her very last game! I was so proud of her!

 Allie and Mason had their summer swim lessons. They are doing so well at being comfortable in the water. Holding their breaths, swimming longer distances all by themselves. It's great to see the lessons paying off. They love the water! We will probably spend most our free days at the swimming pools around the valley.

Naomi at the pool for the first time

 I ran my first 5K since having Naomi. I competed in the Dirty Dash 5k mud course in Midway, Utah. It was so fun to get out there and do what I have loved to do. I realize I am not in shape as I once was, but I sure enjoyed it. I signed up for another three 5k's this summer to get me back in shape to run another half marathon.
