We have had an extremely busy summer. We got home from Newport, and the following week was Taylorsville Dayzz. Each year, the city of Taylorsville puts on a great weekend of Entertainment. Thursday night is $1 carnival rides, followed by a movie in the park. Friday night there is a concert in the park with Fireworks at night. Saturday they start the morning off with a 5K run, followed by a city parade and that,we celebrate Tim's dad's birthday with a BBQ at Tim's parents home with live entertainment in the Taylorsville park as we watch the grand ole' fireworks!

The following Monday we closed on our home. To recap on how the entire home sale process, we ended up having the first offer on our house fall through the weekend after memorial day. The next day, I spent re-staging the house, and ended up having two showings that following day, which ended up with two new offers. We were ecstatic! The two offers made it possible for us to pick the best offer, and we ended up getting a full price offer, with our stainless steel fridge and kitchen light fixture! We knew that the Lord was making it all happen for us. The offer we accepted ended up being what the Lord wanted. It was sold to a cute LDS couple with a baby. We felt extremely happy. I had faith that if we placed our trust in the Lord everything would work out the way it was suppose to, and I can say that everything did fall into place. It was definitely a faith building experience. That entire week we had a whirlwind of emotions, knowing that, this chapter in our lives was now the past. We spent many weekends in our first year of marriage remodeling that house, making it our home. I now, know why I want to hire someone to move us the next go around! That was one long week, getting moved was physically draining! It is amazing how much one accumulates in just 6 years of marriage. We are now settled in the basement of Tim's parents house. We feel very blessed and fortunate to be able to live here.
